Step 1: Contact Customer Service

Step 2: Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
Customer service will provide you with a RAN and instructions on how to package and return your wig.
Step 3: Package the Wig
Carefully place the unused wig in its original packaging. Include the RAN on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Ship the Wig
Send the package to the address provided by customer service. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
